Our Assistant Services really run the gamut. There is so much work to be done! We enter data, make calls on your behalf, research an important purchase, and plan your travel down to the last detail. Got a document that needs attention? We can transcribe, format, edit, and also make sure that document gets to wherever it needs to go. Or perhaps you need help organizing and implementing a unique project like a cross-country move? We can help with that too. And since we love being as paperless as possible, we would be honored to orchestrate your transition to a paperless lifestyle! Please note that on-site assistant services are limited and available only in New York City and select portions of the Los Angeles / Orange County area.
Utilizing our Bookkeeping services can free up some major time and prevent some major stress. We maintain personal and/or professional books using the online accounting portal Xero. We provide reports as requested, create & send invoices, keep track of expenses, manage bill payments, maintain account balances, and communicate directly with your accountant regarding all tax matters. Or if you just need someone to set all this up and then coach you so you can do it all yourself, well that’s fine too.
Technology is changing all the time. Tech Coaching is here to help you manage those changes with ease. We give tutorials in person and via screen share. We research and recommend the perfect software, hardware, and equipment purchases for you. And if there are some minor troubleshooting needs that come up during a scheduled session, we’ll assess next steps or take care of the problem right then and there. We pride ourselves in always coaching with energy efficiency and equipment care in mind.
All technology requires some TLC at times and that’s where Tech Support comes in. We set up and support hardware, software, networks, and mobile devices. We troubleshoot, upgrade, install, and sync your unique assortment of equipment. We set up local and offsite backup/storage for all your precious data, provide management for your digital music, photos, and videos, and coordinate the clearing/recycling/donating of your old equipment. We also do our very best to solve whatever mysterious problem is happening with your computer.
Today’s technology enables us to take care of the vast majority of Tech Coaching and Tech Support needs that you might have by utilizing online collaboration tools. This allows us to be your virtual teacher or technician no matter where you may be in the world. We can also help you leverage these same tools to improve the efficiency of your home or small business, or simply to keep in touch with family and friends. And for cases where a house call is in order, on-the-ground tech support is fully available in New York City and with a limited capacity in Los Angeles.
