Packages
All packages are paid in advance of the work provided by the Bacana Team and expire three months from the date payment is received. Each package can be applied to only one client contract.
Package 1: The Fresh Start
* three hours of Rent My Brain time with Naomi ($825 value)
* one 2-hour session with a bookkeeper to examine current financial organization system ($160 value)
* one 2-hour session with a tech coach ($200 value)

Package 2: Full Steam Ahead
* three hours of Rent My Brain time with Naomi ($825)
* 4 tech support hours ($500)
* 10 bookkeeping hours ($800)
* 15 assistant hours ($900)

Package 3: The Flex Retainer
* $5,000 for any combination of service hours. Hours are billed at the a la carte rates (see below) with a 5% discount applied.
Package 4: The Busy Team Retainer
* $10,000 for any combination of service hours. Hours are billed at the a la carte rates (see below) with a 10% discount applied.
A La Carte Rates
Assistant Services: $60/hour
Bookkeeping: $80/hour
Tech Coaching: $100/hour
Tech Support: $125/hour
Monthly financial portal via Xero: $12-$39/month
Rent My Brain services (with Naomi): $275/hour
Payment Policies
All payments to The Bacana Plan are non-refundable. We have immense pride in the quality of our work. If you are in any way unsatisfied, please let us know right away. If for any reason you choose to terminate your contract with The Bacana Plan, any pre-paid package is transferrable to a friend or colleague under certain conditions.
Cancellation Policy: If Client cancels or reschedules appointment with less than 24 hours notice, Client will be charged for the amount of time scheduled (up to a maximum of 1 hour) for the applicable Service at the base hourly rate. If Client is late to or misses a scheduled appointment with no previous notice, Bacana representative will have the option to declare the appointment a no-show/cancellation after 20 minutes.
Late Fees: Any amounts not paid Bacana within the time periods or dates set forth in the applicable Consulting Agreement shall accrue interest at one and a half percent (1.5%) per month. Should payment of any compensation and/or expenses invoice remain unpaid after sixty (60) days, Bacana reserves its right to cease work on all services until such past due payment is made regardless of the status of the services being performed.
Overtime Policy: If any Bacana representative is asked to work more than eight (8) hours in any given day, or more than forty (40) hours in any given week, Client shall be responsible for an hourly overtime surcharge of twenty-five percent (25%) of the base hourly rate on that individual’s time over the previously mentioned limits.
Non-US Currency: All payments received in Euros will have an additional fee added of €15 (if by wire transfer) or €25 (if by cheque).
